The aim of this project is to create an atlas based on images that only last a second, perhaps a minute, things that are prone to change. It also breaks with the traditional structure of an atlas, removing its informative and scientific function to develop exclusively the artistic potential.

This project is based on the creation of a one-month personal diary with photographs and silk-screen printings. Through these abstract illustrations, I try to build an imaginary language that allows me to communicate somehow things that I am not capable of expressing with words.

Error is a photographic project that seeks to represent, by means of computing language and modifying the inner structure of the image, the changes Alzheimer’s disease causes on the persons who suffer from it. The impact of the illness is massive, affecting from their personality and identity to the way they relate with their surroundings.

The aim of this project is to focus on Alzheimer’s disease from the perspective of the people who suffer from it and show how this illness affects their identity, memory and personality.
This portrait will be highlighted by visual narratives where the relationship between language and identity becomes the main object of study. How from speech patterns and the changes in linguistic abilities we can see, in turn, the variations in their identity.
